Is there a substitute for the Matlab image processing toolbox function
regionprops (
http://www.mathworks.com/access/helpdesk/help/toolbox/images/regionprops.html)?
If not, I'm interested in implementing some of its functions. In that
case, what's the best way of returning the value: use a STATS list to
simulate the STATS structure or use optional return values?
