related tags not showing - old bug reappearing in a different accountHi everyone Last Nov 18 I reported a bug whereby related tags were not showing for one of the project accounts I deal with. In that case, Joshua rebuilt the account and the problem went away. For at least the last week the same problem has been present for another account, http://del.icio.us/cegs - for instance see http://del.icio.us/cegs/career-guidance Or click any tag at: http://www.guidance-europe.org/about-site/bibmarks compared with tags at http://www.guidance-europe.org/about-site/bookmarks ( to see how important related tags are for this project, and thus how embarrassing this problem is for me :O) For reference, I include the Nov 18 exchange of emails below all the best ( & fingers crossed ) Mike RE: related tags not showing ( same as xanadu1979 bug oct 16 ) by [ http://www.nabble.com/user/UserProfile.jtp?user=344961 ]Joshua Schachter-3 Nov 18, 2006; 09:38am :: Rate this Message: (use ratings to moderate[[ http://www.nabble.com/help/Answer.jtp?id=16 ]?])[ http://www.nabble.com/forum/Reply.jtp?post=7416609 ]Reply | [ http://www.nabble.com/user/SendEmail.jtp?type=pm&post=7416609 ]Reply to Author | [ http://www.nabble.com/RE%3A-related-tags-not-showing-%28-same-as-xanadu1979-bug-oct-16-%29-p7416609.html ]Show Only this Message I set the account to rebuild; hopefully that will fix it. > -----Original Message----- > From: Mike Malloch [mailto:[ http://www.nabble.com/user/SendEmail.jtp?type=post&post=7416609&i=0 ]mike@...] > Sent: Saturday, November 18, 2006 12:20 AM > To: [ http://www.nabble.com/user/SendEmail.jtp?type=post&post=7416609&i=1 ]ydn-delicious@... > Cc: Joshua Schachter; [ http://www.nabble.com/user/SendEmail.jtp?type=post&post=7416609&i=2 ]stephen@... > Subject: related tags not showing ( same as xanadu1979 bug oct 16 ) > > > Hi Everyone > > Two days ago I noticed that related tags were not showing for > the del.icio.us account of a project we work on. > > The bug seems exactly like the one reported by xanadu1979 on > Oct 16, which seemed to clear up quickly. Re: related tags not showing - old bug reappearing in a different accountThis happens occasionally with busy accounts. We're rebuilding it and
you should find it fixed shortly. Re: related tags not showing - old bug reappearing in a different accountIs there a mechanism to request a rebuild, or something we should specifically mention in a standard support request? I know a (smallish) number of users who have had or are having the same problem.
TIA, Wrenlet

It's not a given that the issue people are facing requires a rebuild, so going through the standard customer service process should handle the issue. Regards, Toby Elliott del.icio.us |
