request to be processed

I have a bbcode "processing" plugin I'd like to distribute via the central repository.  My xircles username is "erewhon". 

The plugin provides a service which can process a string and a custom tag which processes its body using the service.  If users want to add addtional tags there's an interface which can be extended.  Once that's done then there's a configuration value which can be overriden to add their own custom tag processor into the list of tag processors used for evaluating the string/content.
