I'd like to know what you think of (just recommended) using review
board [1] for handling patches related to KDE on Windows?
Sounds like a nice tool, at least it does its job within KOffice and
other subprojects. It opens our project even a bit more and adds
status to the submitted patches.
If ok, a kdewin group can be created.
