reviews needed for patches...

Hi all,

I have a number of patches lined up in the patch tracker for which I
kindly request review:

Some are aimed at CDK 1.2.x and others at master, and I think I
mentioned that in the reports for must of them

2862074 Patch to shift an IAtomContainer along a gap
2856916 Patch to read E/Z stereo info from MDL V2000 molfiles
2855925 Patch to solve bug #2855850: setStereo(IBond.Stereo)
2832870 patch with unit tests for PubChem XML bugs + partial fix
2823365 Patch synchronizing the QSAR ontology with the SF project
2816660 ILoggingTool patch to make log4j optional
2805271 MDLWriter IO option to force writing 2D coordinates

They may not all still apply to the current branch versions, but would
like to hear opinion about the patches nevertheless. If needed, I'll
update the patch per reviewer request.
