rough busa help

  my busa engine sounds like ive got only three cylinders at the moment ,I did a hillclimb yeserday and had to abandon the event eventually .Ive tried new plugs new ,ht coils fuel pump injectors seem to be misting fuel ok there appears to be suficient compression althogh i havent got access to a guage that will fit.I had an 80mph off into an armco 3 weeks ago and this was my first event since not sure if ive done some other damage engine wise? im going to check the electrical connections and earths now but if anyone could goive me any advice where to go next it would be appreciated thanks.
