rrdtool-1.3rc7 is out

Finally some more people got around todo some testing ... So here is rc7.

* Fixed VDEF calculation to actually stop at the end of the requested
  time frame as oposed to the end of the data gotten from fetch.
  This could cause LAST to be 0 under certain conditions.

* Fix imginfo buffer length issue. There was an unnecessary
  length limit of 47 characters which is realy not enough for
  imginfo. This caused the NRG frontend to fail.

* Improved build instructions in rrdbuild.txt

* Updated TODO document

Download the new release from the development snapshot area of

Please test this release on your system. I am especially interested
in additions to the build instructions.
