running SSHD on Windows 2003 cluster

Has anyone been successfull at installing Cygwin for SSH and running the sshd service as a generic application in a cluster resource group?  This is running on a Windows 2003 enterprise server and I need to be able to fail over ssh services due to an application that is running on the cluster as well.
