Hi -

Just watching a video from the Linux Audio Users conference: Martin
Rumori describing an sc-based multichannel public installation project
in Cologne:
<http://lad.linuxaudio.org/events/2009_cdm/videos/Martin_Rumori-GROMA_-_Programming_a_permanent_multichannel_sound_installation.ogv>

At about 21 mins in there's a bit of a demo, using Patterns for their
algorithmic composition, and some other nice titbits too.

Yeah, I've been meaning to write to alert people to this year's LAC.

The talk about Faust is also quite interesting, as it's now possible to create
parallellised code... which allegedly would also work to create SC UGens that
use both processors in a multi core machine.

sincerely,
Marije
