scanner with mailfunction is listed as spam

Hi i have a problem with a scanner, its on ip 192.1.0.40 an spamassassin tells all the time its spam, so i added the network to the locale.cf as trusted

trusted_networks 192.1.0/24

but this didnt solve the problem ( tryed 192.1.0.40 etc.. )

if i deaktivate spamassassin in amvis conf files i get the mail
so i think the problem is on spamassassin..

any ideas ?
