scheduled transactions

Updated to Clay's 20090620cvs.

Previously I could schedule items for one, two, or three weeks but recently
my three week items are being recorded every week. I must be missing
something.

Some changes were made to schedules a while a go and it could be an
update problem. To fix this can you try to edit the schedule and save
it? That should take care of saving the schedule data correctly.
