search module not appearing in 2.2

Hi,

I just upgraded from 1.9 to 2.2 and the search_new module is no longer
visible by users, only by the admin, any idea what the problem is?
All the other modules (search_wiki_page_new, mnu_application_menu,
quick_edit, featured_links and login_box) appears just fine.

There are new perms tiki_p_search_categorized and tiki_p_search that
affect search now. Go to admin->groups and check these permissions -
Sometimes the upgrade script does not seem to work
