Hi all.
I found it interesting to look for archaeological journals that allow
open access self-archiving:
http://romeo.eprints.org/search.php?t=archaeologyResults are not so encouraging (just 17), but there are some great
entries in this "green list".
However, I can't find how many archaeologists are actually using
self-archiving.
Somewhat related is the Science Commons Scholar's Copyright Project
http://sciencecommons.org/projects/publishing/index.html an attempt to
find fair open access licenses for scholars publishing their works.
What do you think about such initiatives? Are you using self-archiving
for your works?
Best Regards,
Stefano
