I have an extra licence of 4D Developer Standard v11 SQL to sell (something like 299 bucks) (just the licence of course, no CD). Anyone interested?

Are you allowed to sell and/or transfer licenses? I'm asking because  
the new activation schemes are tied to a Partner(-like) account code.
