semilogx fails without warning if x-axis starts with 0

Bug report for Octave 3.2.2 configured for i686-pc-mingw32

Description:

If semilogx is called where the x coordinates start with 0, only an empty window appears
without any further error message. In Octave 3.0/gnuplot 4.3.0 a warning was shown that the
value 0 is ignored and the rest of the data was plotted.

Repeat-By:

Execute:
semilogx( [0 0.1 1 10], [1 2 3 4] )

Fix:
---

Should work similar to Octave 3.0 behaviour or show some error why plotting the data failed.

I get the expected (correct) behaviour in the development version on
Linux with gnuplot 4.3 (patchlevel 0).
