sending routes to clients

I have poptop setup on a server, i can connect a machine to poptop and  
then manually add a route to hit the remote network that poptop is  
connecting my machine to, the problem i'm running into is, is there a  
way to have the poptop server send routes for the clients to configure  
themselves with ?

No, pptpd and pppd only provide the network link for the client, they
don't constrain the client's choice of routes.

There may be features of some clients that can be used, and I recall
discussion of one for the Microsoft Windows client, but not recently.
