sent_subfolders error

Hello, everyone. I've just upgraded our company's webmail to 1.4.19, and am having a problem with the sent_subfolders plugin.

All seems to work fairly swell with SM in general, but when I head to [Options --> Folder Preferences --> Sent Subfolders Options]
and select anything other than "Disabled", I receive the following error message in the left pane after a "Refresh Folder List":

ERROR: Could not complete request.
Query: CREATE "Mail/Sent/2009"
Reason Given: CREATE failed: Can't create mailbox node /home/king/Mail/Sent/: File exists

I've tried Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, I've tried other folders including newly created ones specified as either sub-folder enabled or not and all subscribed to.
I've also tried changing the "Folder Selection Options" to all available options in the same menu tree to no avail.


I'm also attaching some trimmed ouput from the "Bug Report" plugin just to make sure I'm not missing anything...
