setfacl.exe includes Trojaner TR/Dropper.Gen ?

Avira AntiVir Personal found the Trojaner TR/Dropper.Gen within setfacl.exe
as well as in getfacl.exe.
It seems that AntiVir found this Trojan with a generic detection routine.

Anybody knows something about this?
