Hi folks - I am a new macports user so I might be missing something. I have a new macports install on snow leopard. Octave installed fine. But now I am trying to install add-on packages. For several of them (octave-octcdf or octave-multicore for example) everything configures, builds and installs correctly but after the activation step it gives an error:
Error: Target org.macports.activate returned:
Error: Status 1 encountered during processing:
a
port installed shows that it installed and it says activated. So maybe no issue except when one octave package requires others - if the dep fail on this message then the install stops.
