shift option command down arrow problem

I am a Mac Os User and I have a wired problem with textmate.
the key combination (shift option command down arrow problem) to navigate to a model or from a controller to a view does not work for me. however if i go to the bundle and select go to from "ruby on rails" menu it will work fine. I have no funky key combination set in my system configuration.

most other key combinations work for me
command T
tabs
control + shift + A (svn)
... are all fine.

Any help is appreciated in advance.
