Hi,
Can you tell me about shlibs.local and the update script. It wasn't in
the packaging for 2.0.
Currently on my hardy build sqlite is set to a version that's too high.
Is the update-shlibs.local.sh script supposed to run during the build?
If so when, from where? Why is the update-shlibs necessary? Doesn't
dh_shlibdeps do this?
My 2.0 packages worked fine, but now they don't with 2.4 and the
shlibs.local.
e.g. In my 2.0 packages I have....
Package: libmono-sqlite2.0-cil
Source: mono
Version: 2.0-1~x.1sil1.3.36
Priority: optional
Section: libs
Maintainer: Debian Mono Group <
pkg-mono-group@...>
Depends: libmono-corlib2.0-cil (>= 2.0), libmono-system-data2.0-cil (>= 2.0), libmono-system2.0-cil (>= 2.0), libsqlite3-0 (>= 3.4.2)
But in 2.4 I have...
Package: libmono-sqlite2.0-cil
Source: mono
Version: 2.4-1sil1.76
Priority: optional
Section: libs
Maintainer: Debian Mono Group <
pkg-mono-group@...>
Depends: libmono-corlib2.0-cil (>= 1.2.2.1), libmono-system-data2.0-cil (>= 1.2.6), libmono-system2.0-cil (>= 2.0), libsqlite0 (>= 2.8.17), libsqlite3-0 (>= 3.5.9)
libsqlite3 should remain 3.4.2 for hardy.
TIA.
Regards,
Cambell
