silent or unattended install

Hi,
  Could someone please advise if it is possible to deploy workrave silently?  In some cases you would use command line switches in other cases you record an answer file.  Is it possible with workrave?

Workrave uses the Inno Setup installer. Inno Setup supports some command line
options to perform unattended setups:

/sp- /silent /norestart
