simethicone toxicity

Hi, sorry to bother you but I'm looking to find some info on simethicone as
it is the active ingredient in baby 'wind drops'.

I couldn't come up with much on the web but I did find your message asking
for info and thanking someone called Jason.

Could you please share anything you know about this substance?
