site-packages for windows?

For those who have worked on installers. do you install any other site packages to build the installer? I'm running into needing some packages that don't seem to exist on my python2.5 install. for example _xmlplus

No, don't need any other site packages other than pyGTK, pyCario and
pyGObject. Of course you also need the gtk++ runtime installed
