smooth scroll

Hi this my first post, hope this is the correct address.

Can someone tell me if there is a Dojo smooth scroll widget (like scrolling from an anchor link)? I saw one in the source of another site, but didnt see it in the Dojo archive, so i dont want to just steal it.
