snapshots

Snapshots (aka nightly builds) are available again, at
http://svn.apache.org/snapshots/.

No snapshots for xmlgraphics-commons. I will ask for them.

They are there now. This will make it easier for non-developers to
install trunk in order to check some recently added feature.

That's good news. Seems like the problems with the long pathnames are a
thing of the past. I had basically given up on the issue after
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-544
