To reply to some questions:
- I've been able to test sound OK in DVD-Audio zone video top menu (AUDIO_TS.VOB), in 48000:2:16 format as is requested by the norm (you should use MPEG2 video + signed 16 bit-big endian LPCM).
- good new too, I've finally patched the issue with -z (separation of titles when consecutive audio files have same audio characteristics). To force the authoring of a new title between say, two 44100:2:16 files, write:
-g file1.wav -z file2.wav ....
- at the following location, you can download a makeshift script which was used to author the iso from a VOB and several wav files:
