sox 14.4.0 and libmp3lame.dll

Dear sox users,

I have downloaded the latest version of sox on my windows machine, and I have
put the dll files used with the previous version
in the directory of the new version.

Than I run
sox -n s1.mp3 synth 3.5 sine 440

I obtained the following error message:
sox FAIL util: Unable to load LAME encoder
library (libmp3lame) function "lame_get_lametag_frame".
sox FAIL formats: can't open output file `s1.mp3':

Has someone already used mp3 files under windows with the latest version ?
