stackdump Problem with configure or msysinfo

Hello all,

I have problem with my new laptop (dell inspiron 1525,XP) and msys. I've been trying for some time to utilize msys on this laptop with no success. The problem arises when I'm trying to compile (in this case it is GNU-MP but I'm sure it doesn't relate to it). When I use the ./configure command, it shows the following message:

Also, when I use the msysinfo command, the I get the following:

I tried:
1. uninstall,reinsall
2. running in safe mode
3. disable antivirus (kaspersky)
4. disable almost every process that can be disabled.
5. finding solutions in forums

but without success...

Any help or guidance would be appreciated...

Please try unpacking MSYS-1.0.11-20090120-dll.tar.gz from
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=2435&package_id=24963

Then, replace the files in the "bin" directory of your MSYS
installation with these new files.

If the problem still occurs, please send the contents of the
sh.exe.stackdump as well as the msysinfo report.

first of all I want to thank you for taking care of msys.
Msys is a great tool and helps us quite a bit!

So we were encountering the same problem that was descibed above.
The problem existed on a computer where the evil Logitech LVPrcSrv.exe process was running.

After upgrading to the latest msys dll snapshot, the problem ALMOST disappeared.
ALMOST means, that the stackdumps are gone. However, one script would still
occasionally terminate abnormally as long as LVPrcSrv.exe was running.
The script defines and accesses "numeric" variables and terminates abnormally
when accessing these variables:
Snippet form the script (full script attached):
01  ...
02  PARAMCOUNT=1
03  ...
17  if [ $PARAMCOUNT -eq 1 ]
18  ...

Terminates abnormally with the following message.

# ./abcd: line 17: [: -eq: unary operator expected

Please note that the abnormal termination only occurs when LVPrcSrv.exe is running.
It also only occurs every ~10th time the script is executed.

Any hints, why this is happening and what the connection with LVPrcSrv.exe is?
