starting Nebula Device 2

Hi, I'm new to Nebula . I have two question:

Since Nebula rendering system is shader based how does it affect the engine run on low end graphics cards (i.e. GForce 4xxx, 5xxx)
My second question is I have been trying to run the Build System GUI but I can't get it working. The progam starts but doesn't display anything. I got Nebula from SVN and  have both Python and wxPython installed.

thanks

Of course, it can. Even  your  gfxcard only support FFP,like mine Intel Extream2, it works quite ok.   But some examples may course an failure for that there's no ffp shader support them
