stdcxx on builds.apache.org

Hi All.

   I have installed two jobs on builds.apache.org:

   1. gcc on ubuntu, buildtype 12d:
https://builds.apache.org/job/stdcxx-4.2.2-12d-ubuntu/
   2. sunpro on solaris, buildtype 15s:
https://builds.apache.org/job/stdcxx-4.2.2-15s-solaris/

   There's also available windows, freebsd and osx, I will add new jobs
later.

   Any comments are appreciated.

   Another one job added: MSVC 9.0-x64 on Windows 2003 Server, buildtype
15D:

   One more job: gcc 4.2.1 on FreeBSD, buildtype 12S.
