still a problem: Whitelisting via email interface from admin address

2.0.1 rc 0.5.16

I just discovered that if you send a whitelist report in from an
address that's on the "EmailAdmins" list, that whitelisting still
isn't happening.

If I send from any of my users, it works fine (including reports that
specify if it was added or already existed).  This was fixed in .16

However, if the from address is one that's on EmailAdmins, nothing
happens.  I get a report that has the template text in it, but then no
results, not that the address has been added, not that it already
existed.  Querying the whitelist, doesn't show that the address has
been added.

Correction: It might not be EmailAdmins.  I just removed my address
from there, and it still isn't working.

Looking for ideas of other places to check the settings.

Here's the strange thing.  I'm trying this from home.  I connect to
exchange rpc over https.  My wife who volunteers for the same org,
does the same thing, with the exact same setup.

My wife can send in reports no problem.  I cannot.

If I change my settings to connect to the exchange server's smtp port,
still using the same address that used to be on the EmailAdmins list,
then my reports work!

In all 3 cases cases ASSP should be getting the report forwarded from
the exchange server in the exact same manner.

Any ideas as to what could be causing this not to work.  It's as if
ASSP thinks that I'm sending in a report to the correct address but
with nothing in the body.
