I've been trying to download the subclipse source -- specifically the SVNClientAdapter source, so that I can use its javadocs -- for a couple days now.  I have not been able to connect to the SVN server.  I'm using the information at http://subclipse.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectSource to connect.

Here's the command I run and the error message I get:

C:\Documents and Settings\N075224\Desktop>svn checkout http://subclipse.tigris.org/svn/subclipse/trunk subclipse --username guest

svn: OPTIONS of 'http://subclipse.tigris.org/svn/subclipse/trunk': could not connect to server (http://subclipse.tigris.org)

I have the same problem with Tortoise SVN client.   My SVN clients work fine for other repositories.  I believe this one is just down or something.

Best,

Eric

It appears to be up to me.  I was able to access the web site and also
update a working copy.

Do you have proxy settings you need to configure?
