svn: Authorization failed

Hi,

I am getting the error "svn: Authorization failed" while I try to checkout or commit to the working copy, this all happened after I moved my conf directory by mistake and moved it back. I tried to take a dump and restore into a new repository, still it gives the same error.
Is there a way I can sort this out?
