svn front end + review steps

Hello all,

I am a subversion fan and have spent quite a long time searching for a
front-end GUI without success.

My requirements are:

0, Free

1, Tree-view of repository

2, Cross platform: Linux/Unix and Windows

3, Allow review steps if somebody submit a change package.

Could anybody recommand a GUI that meets these requirements?

SmartSVN Foundation is good and free. The Prof edition is better and not expensive. If these do not meet your requirements I suspect that you won't find what you are looking for.
