test eap ttls/mschapv2 using eapol_test

Hi all,
Does anyone have experience use eapol_test (from
wpa_supplicant) to test eap ttls/mschapv2 to radiusd?
I have both eapol_test and radiusd linux environment.
 
The problem seems to be on radiusd side. I have
changed clients.conf, users, and radius.conf for eap
setting. But instead of starting a tls handshaking,
the radiusd will send a reject back to eapol_test
immediately.
I will really appreciate if someone can point me some
direction on how to run thru this. I have searched
thru the internet for several days but can't find a
complete description on this.
