Dear all,

I'm wondering if there is a particular reason why invitrogen stopped selling the pYD1 yeast surface display vector. An additional query regarding this matter is if there is a link between the used selection marker (trp in this case of pYD1) and library transformation efficiencies. I noticed that newer YSD vectors do not use this selection marker any more.
