We're struggling a bit to understand how we can do some of the simple things in groovy that we do in xml and are hoping you can help.

To start we would like to know how we can go from XML:

<property file="myWebPageContent.properties"/>  that allows us to refer to field labels, for example, using ${xyx}.

To something equivolent for groovy webtests?  Is there an equivolent?

What's the best approach to understanding how to figure out doing things the groovy way if we are only familiar with the xml way.  I can't seem to the helpful kind of examples I'm looking for to get a jump start.

Thanks,

Andrew Shannon
