tx_community and FLOW3?

Is tx_community also programmed with FLOW3 in mind?

I'm thinking if it's planned to port it soon after or if it is tied too
much with TYPO3 to be a standalone app on FLOW3?

partly I'd say, but we'll move to extbase - the new MVC  framework in
4.3 so that it gets even closer to FLOW3 then

we'll see what time permits and how thing swork out in the end
