type inconsistency in 1.6

Hello,

the wrong assumption that sizeof(int) == sizeof(ssize_t) causes gnu
radius 1.6 to fail to build on 64-bit platforms.

s|int getline|ssize_t getline| in radtest/input.(l|c) fixes the problem.
