unable to create component from a Java class

Hi Guys, I'm trying to create a component using the Component Browser in ACC for a simple Java class. But I get Class not found error in component browser I have placed my class file in ATG\home\locallib folder. This is the default CLASSPATH for ATG. Can anyone help ? Thanks Preet
