unable to set trackback for the blog

Hi,
              I am not able to set trackbacks for my blog.during adding of
an entry i set the
                                                                           
 Blog trackback URLs property to                                            
 http://localhost:8080/blojsom/blog/default/TestCategory/ which is the test
 category page of default blog.and i set trackback enabled also.still i am  
 not able to see the comment in trackback url site.what to do?

Don't know the trackback mechanism, but I've found that in order to work with the pingbacks several things have to be done:

1. The blog client you use must know about sending pings. (not very sure if it's about pingbacks or if it is about search engines)
2. In the database you have a table like EntryMetadata. In that table, for each entry you have to add a row containing the key: send-pingbacks and the value: true.
3. In the blog's table plugin you must have the pingback plugin enabled.

P.S. I guess it's the same for trackbacks...
