update your calendars: GEC12 date change

The planned dates for GEC12 created a large number of conflicts with other meetings.   Deep Medhi, our host at University of Missouri, Kansas City, has generously assisted us in finding another nearby date.  The new dates for GEC12 will be Nov 2-4.  (Note that this is Wed-Fri.)  Please make a note of the date change. I hope you find this an improvement.
