updateSequence question

Hi list,

WMS has the concept of updateSequence to find out if your cache is out of
date with the server or not.

But I can't find any notion of updateSequence in the Web Map Context
schema? So how is one to save the updateSequence in the WMC? By appending
it to the OnlineResource?
