uploadI'm taking a look at it all, and yes, the solution is to spread out
the admin to other people who can hack on the engine. We are limited to three slots for primary admins who have full access to the live code, but then can give out SVN access to our code, but that is separate from SVN access to ccHost, which is at http://code.creativecommons.org If you want to help, please join #openclipart on irc.freenode.net I'll do my best to get it up and running, so we can move to openclipart 2.0. Re: uploadMy 2 cents: Open Clip Art Library is fantastic, hats off to those working on it, if there has been a problem uploading to the site - it is still very much a vibrant site - downloading the svgs works beautifully and the open clip art is a celebration of what the internet can be for the global community.
