This is the first time Ive used an inherited form.

What Im seeing is that the child form functions mostly as the partent
form.
However, it appears that the parent form's Form method is NOT running.
Is this to be expected?

THanks

That is correct...

The parent form method doe snot run.  If you need code assocaited with the
parent form, you would have to put it into an object (such as a button) off
screen.

What you are seeing is to be expected.  The parent form method does not run.
