v2004, new font and Win2PDF problem

Win XP, v2004...

I was asked to use a new font for a Customer's printed forms. (FWIW,  
it's Futura Std Bold and it wasn't on my machine.)

I paid for it, downloaded it and installed it (legally.) Customers  
frequently use Win2PDF to create pdf disk file instead of printed  
output. Whenever a form contains this new font and user chooses  
Win2PDF, 4D crashes hard. I downloaded and reinstalled--no change.

Everything about this program, except the new font, and including  
Win2PDF has worked fine for a long time. Everything else, including  
Win2PDF with print output that doesn't include the new font still  
works fine.

Any suggestions?
