This build fixes three important bugs:

"IPT: prolog script+iptables-restore silent incompatibility"
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2820840&group_id=5314&atid=1070394

Using prolog place "after reset" in combination with iptables-restore
method of activation of the generated iptables script did not work.
Given that iptables-restore is the recommended way to activate large
policy, it was important to fix this problem.

"loading new fw rules on iptables 1.4.3.2+ gives warnings"
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2821050&group_id=5314&atid=1070394

iptables 1.4.3.2 and later (possibly 1.4.3.1) gives warning for the
constructs such as "-s ! 1.2.3.4". Preferred syntax now is "! -s
1.2.3.4". Starting with v3.0.6 build 1156 fwbuilder understands the
difference and generates correct commands if version is set to "1.4.3
and later" in the firewall object dialog. Note that iptables 1.4.3.1
ships with Fedora Core 11 so you will get this warning if you run
generated iptables script on FC11 machine. Upgrade to v3.0.6 build
1156 to eliminate the warning.

"sub-optimal expansion of negated interface"
https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2819901&group_id=5314&atid=1070394

The program now uses "! -i eth0" syntax instead of copying the same
iptables command with all interfaces of the firewall except eth0 if
you use single interface object in the "interface" column with
negation. This is much more efficient and compact.

Binary packages and source tar.gz are on the nightly builds site as
usual. "Testing" repositories have been updated too.

Please test.
