Hello,
it seems that vte-0.16.12-1-ppc.pkg.tar.gz package is missing from
ftp.archlinuxppc.org and its mirrors. This is what I get when
trying pacman -Sy && pacman -Su on my PPC system:

Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.
I connected to the ftp.archlinuxppc.org and I've found that the vte
version it has is vte-0.16.9-1-ppc.pkg.tar.gz.
