vtun problem

I was trying to set vtun tunnel on a 1.3.1p35 but it seems that it can't
be done because the "ifconfig" command which is needed for the vtun is
not present in the system. Is there a way to get the ifconfig? Or there
is some other way to get the vtun working?
Thanks in advance

ifconfig is not required by vtun.

WISP-Dist already comes with a ready-to-use VTUN configuration (just
edit IP addresses etc).

Vladimir, no one else seems to know or be answering.  Will ospf handle wired internet
connections from multiple sources?

I don't know if the quagga ospf daemon supports it. I know that every
cisco router (and probably other brands too) support it even without
using ospf to do it.

Are the two wired internet connections at the same physical location or
at diffirent locations? If they are at the same it shouldn't be that
hard to get it working.

They are at separate locations, separated by several wireless hops.

Ray,

The main problem is that unless you have BGP AS you cannot use the same
IP addresses with two different providers. So even if you could
load-balancing through OSPF via two different points (which you
don't...), you would be able to load balance only outgoing traffic.

Well, the wireless network uses private address space, 10.0.0.0/8.  Does it make a
difference that the private addresses are NATed to appropriate public addresses for the
individual wired access point?

This improves the situation, but still it won't work. If you had both
Internet connections concentrated at the same router, there would no
problem. One way to do it is to tunnel internet traffic to this router.
